Beyond talent empowerment, Onyinye is focused on solving systemic challenges. She is currently leading the development of Nexshift, a next-generation digital platform aimed at revolutionising healthcare staffing.
This innovative solution seeks to eliminate traditional agency bottlenecks by directly connecting healthcare professionals to providers, thereby improving the quality of care and access.
In a forward-thinking approach to education, Onyinye has also launched a new initiative to guide law students in Kampala International University toward a future in technology.
