President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has extended heartfelt greetings to Christians across Nigeria and worldwide, celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ at Christmas. 

He highlighted the significance of Christmas as a symbol of love, peace, and unity, reminding Nigerians that even in darkest times, light can emerge, bringing solace and hope.
President Tinubu acknowledged the recent tragic events in Ibadan, Okija, and Abuja, offering his deepest sympathies to families affected by floods, fires, and accidents. He encouraged Nigerians to find comfort in their faith, the support of loved ones, and the presence of Jesus Christ.

The President emphasized the importance of kindness, regardless of financial status, and urged Nigerians to support those facing difficulties. He also honored the brave troops who risk their lives to safeguard the nation, deserving of prayers and steadfast support.
Furthermore, President Tinubu expressed optimism about Nigeria’s future, stating that the country is on a promising path of restoration and progress. He encouraged Nigerians to renew their hope and belief in a prosperous Nigeria.
For those traveling during the festive period, the President assured that the government is taking necessary steps to ensure secure and convenient transportation routes. He also announced that the government is providing free train services and subsidized road transport costs on 144 routes nationwide.
The President wished all Nigerians a Merry Christmas and a joyous and prosperous New Year.
