Woman fries puff-puff in drainage in Lagos

Officials of Lagos State Ministry of Environment yesterday apprehend a middle-aged woman frying puff-puff in the drainage in Idi-Oro, Mushin.

The officials were on official tour of parts of Lagos clearing the drainage system for easy passage of water and to control the incessant flooding in the state when they swooped on the woman who was busy doing her regular business of frying puff-puff in one section of the drainage system in the Idi-Oro area of Mushin, Lagos.
