Wike, sons visit Tinubu in Lagos

The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Minister, Nyesom Wike, together with his sons, Jordan and Joachin, paid a visit to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu at his home on Bourdillon Street, Ikoyi, Lagos, on Christmas Day.

Wike’s Special Assistant on Public Relations and New Media, Lere Olayinka, disclosed this on his X page on Friday morning.

During the visit, President Tinubu received the Wike family happily and praised the minister’s efforts in improving the federal city, Abuja.

Tinubu hailed Wike for his commitment to solving major problems in Abuja, including improving the land management system and ensuring compliance with laws.

According to him: “Wike is a hard working man who has shown courage in solving the problems that are plaguing our capital. We are grateful for the contribution he is making to ensure the continued improvement of Abuja.”

The Minister thanked President Tinubu for his hospitality and good reception, saying that he will continue to work hard to move the capital city forward.
