The National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN) has announced the appointment of Ugo Okoro Chioma as the new Director of Protocol for the Europe region. The appointment was officially conveyed through an official statement from the NYCN leadership.
In a statement, the council described Chioma as a highly motivated and experienced professional with a diverse background in management, public relations, and technical operations. Chioma is also the Secretary and Representative of Kratos Innovations in the diaspora community.
Expressing her excitement about the new role, Ugo Okoro Chioma said, “I am honored to serve as the Director of Protocol for NYCN Europe. I look forward to contributing my skills in communication, organization, and diplomacy to support the growth and success of Nigerian youth initiatives across Europe. With a background that includes work in airport operations, event hosting, warehouse management, and online sales coordination, Chioma brings a wealth of experience in logistics, networking, and public engagement. She is fluent in English and Spanish, with skills spanning event planning, translation, and business management.
Her professional journey includes positions with Elosa Group, Longrich Bioscience, and Valencia Airport, where she gained expertise in operations and customer relations. She is passionate about teamwork, problem-solving, and delivering successful outcomes under pressure.
Chioma’s appointment aligns with NYCN’s commitment to strengthening diaspora engagement and youth development initiatives across Europe.
