Okpebholo appoints Suleiman Aledeh to lead Edo Broadcasting Service

Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has selected Suleiman Aledeh to serve as the substantive Managing Director of the state-owned Edo Broadcasting Service (EBS), with the appointment taking effect immediately.
Aledeh boasts an impressive background in broadcast journalism, with a career spanning over two decades and featuring stints at renowned international news outlets such as Al Jazeera, SABC, and GB News UK. He presently anchors news programs at Arise News and provides expert analysis on Classic FM.

Aledeh’s academic credentials include a degree in Philosophy from the University of Benin and a Master’s Degree in Humanitarian and Refugee Studies from the University of Lagos.

This strong educational foundation has prepared him to excel in his new role at EBS.

Throughout his distinguished career, Aledeh has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic communication skills, with notable positions including Assistant General Manager and Head of Media and Communications at Eko Disco.

His professional affiliations include Fellow of the Institute of Public Diplomacy and Management and Associate of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations.
