The Nigeria Governors Forum (NGF) has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Prince Abdulkadir Mahe, Chief of Staff to Kwara State Governor Abdulrahman Abdulrazaq.
Describing him as a distinguished public servant, a man of exceptional character, and an embodiment of dedication and loyalty, the NGF praised his steadfast commitment to good governance and his immense contributions to Kwara State and the nation.
In a statement, the NGF Director General, Dr. Abdulateef Shittu, extended heartfelt condolences to Governor Abdulrazaq, the government and people of Kwara State, and Prince Abdulkadir’s family.

The NGF prayed for his soul to rest in eternal peace and for strength and solace for those he left behind.
Prince Abdulkadir Mahe passed away on Saturday at the University of Ilorin Teaching Hospital, according to reports.
He was 73 years old and had served as Chief of Staff to Governor Abdulrazaq for approximately 17 months.
The NGF affirmed its solidarity with Governor Abdulrazaq and the people of Kwara State during this challenging time, hoping that Prince Abdulkadir’s legacy of exemplary service would continue to inspire generations to come.
