NAHCON invites complaints against lead PTOs for 2025 Hajj

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has reassured the public of its neutrality in addressing stakeholders’ concerns.

Following recent complaints about the 10 lead Private Tour Operators selected for the 2025 Hajj operations, NAHCON is now inviting individuals or groups with credible evidence to come forward with their grievances.
“In line with the Commission’s resolve to address any allegations against its decisions in a just and impartial manner, we hereby invite individuals or groups with credible evidence justifying why any or all of the aforementioned companies are not qualified to be among the lead companies to come forward with their claims,” said NAHCON.

The Commission has specified that written submissions, accompanied by verifiable evidence, should be addressed to the Chairman of NAHCON and delivered by January 3rd, 2025.
“Such evidence will facilitate a review of the selection and thorough re-investigation that would enable the Commission take appropriate action should the allegations be substantiated,” NAHCON explained.
NAHCON has assured that all submissions will be treated with confidentiality and investigated fairly. “Please, accept the Chairman’s assurance that all submissions will be treated with the confidentiality it deserves, and all investigations will be conducted in line with the Commission’s commitment to fairness,” said NAHCON.
The Commission appealed for the cooperation and understanding of stakeholders and the public in achieving this objective. “NAHCON appeals for the cooperation and understanding of stakeholders and the public in achieving the afore stated objective,” said the Commission.
