The Accommodation Committee for the 2024 National Qur’anic Recitation Competition has chosen the Kauran Gwandu Hajj Camp in Birnin Kebbi as the venue for accommodating 296 Qur’anic reciters from across Nigeria.

According to Alhaji Musa Tungulawa, Kebbi Commissioner for Environment and Chairman of the Accommodation Committee, the committee was satisfied with the facilities at the Hajj camp, which has enough rooms to accommodate all participants.

The National Qur’anic Recitation Competition, scheduled to take place from December 18 to 27, will feature eight participants from each state of the federation and the federal capital territory.
