    EFCC moves to forfeit truckload of solid minerals

    The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has filed an application for the final forfeiture of a truckload of assorted solid minerals recovered from suspected illegal miners.

    The application is currently before Justice Olukayode Ariwoola of the Federal High Court in Ilorin.

    Prosecuting Counsel Barrister Sesan Ola is presenting the application before the court, seeking the final forfeiture of the seized minerals
