BREAKING: Yahya Bello regains freedom after meeting bail conditions

ABUJA: The immediate-past Governor of Kogi State, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has regained his freedom from the Kuje Minimum Custodial Centre in Abuja after meeting the bail conditions as set by a Federal Capital Territory High Court.

FCT Command spokesperson of the Nigeria Correctional Service NCoS, Adamu Duza, confirmed the development.

“He (Yahaya Bello) has been released after meeting the bail conditions. He was released this (Friday) evening.

“The Controller of NCoS FCT, Ajibogun Olatubosun, was on ground to ensure his smooth release and that all protocols were observed”, he stated
