Indication has emerged that ousted Speaker, Mudashiru Obasa has been reinstated as Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly
He was said to have been reinstated a few hours ago, Monday. Mojisola Meranda was said to have voluntarily resigned during Monday’s plenary.
Obasa was subsequently nominated by a lawmaker, Noheem Adams, representing Eti-Osa I.
During his speech, he thanked the leaders of the All Progressive Congress, APC, lawmakers and his deputy, Ms Meranda, for their support.
