Nigerian carrier, Aero Contractors, has announced a significant reduction in fares to N80,000 on all its routes, just in time for the Yuletide season.

This move is aimed at making air travel more affordable for Nigerians during the holiday period.

According to the airline’s Managing Director, Ado Sanusi, the fare reduction is part of Aero Contractors’ Christmas initiative, designed to be pocket-friendly and enable Nigerians to visit their loved ones without breaking the bank.

Sanusi also revealed that the airline has reduced its liability by 33% and made a profit of 18% from -69% in 2022. He assured passengers of schedule reliability, stating that the airline has taken steps to mitigate the impact of weather conditions on its flights.

“We have studied the economic situation of the country and are not insensitive to the economic hardship that is going on,” Sanusi said. “In the spirit of Christmas, which is the spirit of giving, we have decided to reduce our prices.

We are still going to be profitable, and we believe this move will give back to our loyal customers.”
