    BREAKING: APP wins 22 LGA in Rivers council poll

    PORT HARCOURT: The Action Peoples Party, APP, has won all the 22 local government area Chairmanship seats in Rivers State announced by the Rivers State Independent Electoral Commission, RSIEC, out of the 23 LGAs of the state.

    APP has been declared winners while collation is still ongoing in Etche Local Government Area.

    The Chairman of RSIEC, Justice Adolphus Enebeli, made the declaration at the RSIEC office in Port Harcourt.
