    Petrol tanker fire destroys vehicles in Ibadan

    A devastating fire broke out on Saturday evening in the Iyana-Ajia area of Egbeda Local Government, Ibadan, when a petrol tanker caught fire, resulting in the destruction of multiple vehicles.

    The inferno consumed two articulated trucks, an 18-seater bus, two small commercial cabs, and three motorcycles.

    According to eyewitnesses, the incident occurred around 4:30 PM on the Ibadan section of the Ibadan-Ife Expressway, near the ongoing construction of the Iyana-Ajia bridge.

    Fortunately, there were no reported casualties, although the tanker continued to burn as of the time of filing this report, while the other affected vehicles were reduced to ashes.
